The Christmas season is a great time to reflect on all that we are thankful for.
This Christmas I knitted a womb Christmas ornament to celebrate all that I'm thankful for when it comes to womb health. I've had many ups and downs with painful periods. However there were two times this year that the pain either went away completely or was manageable enough with the use of a rebozo. This was very miraculous to me since period pain has been my reality for the past 3 years! With the help of encouragement from friends (Katherine Henkelman, Michelle Kapler, Christine Lewis, Tammy Slater, my hubby Brent Harris), Osteopathy, herbal medicine, nutrition, movement, and writing in my womb journal, I have begun to see hope for a happy period once again!
